Luxurious workspace units are available today. Our charges are inclusive of business rates, rent, heating, communal cleaning, refuse clearing, receptionist, security and CCTV.

Access to most units are from a large loading bay area through to an extra wide corridor leading in to each unit with large double doors.

Our units are let on flexible monthly licences with a minimum stay of 3 months. We require 2 months deposit (equivalent to 2 months rental), and 1 months rent in advance to be able to take up space at Viglen House.
